ITIL®4 Foundation training course in English
ITIL is the standard for IT Service Management. ITIL4 describes the actual insights in IT Service Management. Among others it integrates Lean, Agile, DevOps and Cloud Computing. ITIL4 supports faster, quality and value driven deliveries of IT services for people and throughout organizations.
During the course you learn the basics and how value can be delivered using the Principles, the theory of the ITIL service value system (SVS), the four dimensions model, the Service Value Chain (SVC) and the Practices (like processes) from the IT Infrastructure Library (V3).
This ITIL Foundation course prepares you for the ITIL Foundation exam. Before taking the exam, we advise approximately 8-12 hours of self-study before taking the exam. Also, we provide you with practice exams for free. You will receive a personal exam voucher to plan your online exam within a period of 12 months, at a time and location of your choice. Who should attend?
Professionals who contribute to the Management, the organization and the optimization of the activities of the processes in an IT-service organization. The target group consists of Operational employees. Team leaders, Supervisors and Managers who want to develop their IT Service Management skills to the latest insights. Also, this training is suited for those who are already familiar with previous versions of ITIL.
Prerequisites
You have basic knowledge of automation.

This course is taught in English. We also offer a ITIL®4 Foundation training course in Dutch.
